Shipping of the entire assortment applies to locations in Poland and Germany. In the cases of Poland, there is a free shipping option and a paid version that includes additional delivery services. In the case of shipping to Germany, all shipping options are chargeable, and the cost depends on the specific product and is specified during the order process.
Shipping of the selected assortment is carried out to the selected countries successively: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Norway, the Netherlands, Hungary, Austria, France.
It is possible to ship products not normally shipped to the countries listed above or other than those listed, the cost of which is determined individually by sending an inquiry to office@rattaneo.com.
Most orders are processed immediately, within a few days of receiving payment. The maximum lead time is 21 days, and in the case of customized furniture, the lead time may extend to 70 days. The lead time is calculated from the day RattaNeo Sp.z o.o. receives confirmation of payment from the customer. Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
